How long will my order take?
Two stages. Production takes 2–7 business days, because your piece is printed after you order it. US delivery is then 2–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days in total. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on how many pieces are in your order. It starts at $6 for a single item and rises in steps as you add more. You always see the exact amount before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. If you are outside the US and want a piece, write to support@pastselvsinc.com — we will tell you as soon as we open your region.
How do I find my size?
Every product page carries a full measurement table under Size Guide, along with the fabric, weight and cut. Measurements are of the garment laid flat, so compare them against a shirt you already own rather than your own body.
Our garment-dyed pieces run about half a size to a full size smaller than a standard Gildan or Hanes blank. If you want the relaxed drape they are cut for, size up.
If you are unsure, email us before you order with your usual size in another brand and we will tell you what to pick. We would rather spend two minutes on that than have you receive something that does not fit.
What is your return policy?
If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, we replace it free of charge — email us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and you will not need to send anything back.
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for a different size being wanted. Please read the size guidance above before ordering. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only before production starts, which is usually within a few hours of purchase. Write to us immediately at support@pastselvsinc.com Once a piece is in production it cannot be cancelled, and the shipping address cannot be changed.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Please fill out the form to customize and tailor your design to your needs.
How do I care for my pieces?
Wash inside out, cold water, mild detergent, with like colours. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Care instructions are on every product page.
Garment-dyed pieces vary slightly in colour between batches — that is characteristic of the process, not a fault.
