1. Shipping Destination

We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Production & Handling Time

All pastselvsinc products are made to order and printed individually after your purchase. Production and printing take a maximum of 3 business days from the time your order is placed before the item is dispatched for shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time includes both production (up to 3 business days) and transit time.

• United States: 4–10 business days total.

Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on the exact destination, local postal carrier services, and weather delays.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to your email address as soon as your order has been printed, packaged, and shipped.

5. Shipping Costs

All orders include free standard shipping within the United States. Shipping and handling fees (if applicable for expedited services) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

• Please note that claims will not be approved if the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

7. Taxes

Applicable sales tax for U.S. orders is included/calculated at checkout according to local regulations.
